Wobbles invite our attention and our intention. Wobbles ask to be accepted just as they are, not exaggerated or diminished. They are part of the moment in which we reside, and only at that moment can we appreciate them, embrace them, and work with them as a tool. Wobbles teach us who we are and where to find our balance. Our minds are brilliant! They want to trick us into feeling in control when we need to let go. That is an essential lesson to take from our mats into our lives. I get to choose moment to moment how to engage with my wobble. To appreciate the lesson each wobble is bringing to my awareness of my Self and the world around me. My practice every morning reminds me whether or not my life is in alignment or if something is out of balance.  Yoga reminds me instantly when I am resisting or embracing my wobbles. Rev.
